Lecturer

Following my last post, I have been interviewed for and appointed by Hull College as an Illustration Lecturer. Having worked in schools and colleges over the last 4 years as a Creative Agent* I’m really happy to be doing something I love with slightly older students. Hull College has got some really cracking resources available to the students – silk screen printing facilities and 3d stop motion rooms really caught my eye, and frankly I can’t wait till the students finish for the day and I can have a play for an hour or two. That being said, it’s going to be quite a baptism of fire as I was given the job on Friday and begin on Monday, but on balance, I think it’s going to be a cracking job.

*I didn’t get to kill anyone. I did get to help kids produce a bunch of award winning animations.
