I’ve recently been supporting my Design Apprentices at Hull College in the creation of an eRecipe Book for professional butcher, Jack Haddlesey.

It’s been incredibly enjoyable working with a group of talented young designers, to create a complete and exciting recipe book, full of mouth-watering meals.
